Well, I am old enough to be your older sister, so you may not listen to me. But, as Lee said, you need to get to a neurologist a.s.a.p. As for the lithium, they may have helped your mood swings, but it may have been acting as a preventative for the CHs. I am currently on lithium, and it has done away with the CHs. I know that if I were to go off of it, the CHs would reappear. Everyone's different. It's hard to tell---but do get yourself to a neuro. Good luck to you!
