I'm with Yazz. It begins behind the eye and into the sinus/molar region. But the bad ones start to migrate to the back of the neck and top of my head, until the entire side of my head feels like it's in a vise. The piercing pain in the region of the eye is always constant regardless. I've had them on both sides, not at the same time I don't think. But of course the pain is so intense sometimes it feels like it's everything from the neck up!!
