Here in NC there are Goody's, BC, and Stanback. They are all similar (acetaminophen, aspirin, caffein), but Goody's works best for me. If I take two powders (twice the recommended dose) at the first signs of a CH, it often aborts it. I think the main advantage of powders is that they dissolve more quickly than tablets. Pulverized Excedrin extra strength would probably work as well.
