We folks down here in Georgia do have something called BC Powders http://www.blockdrug.com/Consumer/Bc/
but there's nothing special about them. Georgia is a little tougher on things then most Southern States, we can't even buy alcohol on Sundays here, what's up with that? We Georgians have to drive all the way to South Carolina if we want fireworks.
