Hi!

Although, it was a little difficult to me to understand all your post, I know some about serotonin, melatonin, and circadian rythms. My cycles had not been regular as yours, but the pain was very regular and exact to come me: Each day at exact hours during the night. Once I was 15 days or more when my first attack of the night was at 2.33 am exactly 33 minutes, not 32, not 34: 2.33 minutes a m, and when I began to take melatonin I was in the largest cycle of my life: more than 4 months ( the remission before was about 11 months). Now I don't know if cycle finished or not, because I am afraid of don't take melatonin. I wonder if I am in cycle or melatonin abort the large cycle. I don't know but I don't want to know. I hope melatonin continue working but I am afraid of lateral effects. What do you know about them?

Love Dania
