I've had the chest pains a lot recently. Also can feel my heart pounding/racing. But my arm's been fine until the day after someone mentioned I should be aware of any pain in my left arm. The next day I had that too during an attack. I put it down to a psychosomatic pain for that one and since I'm still here writing to you, I think I was right.
