Maxalt-MLT 10mg(the type you melt under your tongue) works for me most of the time if I catch the HA early, and it does take 20-30 mins to knock down most of the headache. 80% of the time I only need one, about once a week I'll need a second or third dose, if the HA continues my doctor gives me Hydrocodone and that usually wipes it out(but sometimes even that doesn't work). All in all I'm happy with Maxalt-MLT. I am sorry I can't tell you how it works with inderal though
