After three years on a cycle of a supposed Sinus infection. I got the news today, I have CH's. Doesn't supprise me, my mother and grandmother suffer from migrane headaches.
I just started my prescription of Prednisone, the headache just sits there, not triggered. But I can feel the poker barely jabbing me in my right eye. Also at the base of my skull on the right side, running over the top of my head.
Thank you to each of you for sharing, I hope we all find the cure we desperately need.
My bouts are as follows: November of 96 til mid December, afternoon bouts lasted 1 hour.
December of 97 til mid January 98 intense afternoon bouts lasting an average of an hour, saw a doctor, was told I had a sinus infection.
April of 99 to present, one to two a day, as short as 20min, this past Sunday, 5 1/2 hours long, wished I owned a gun.
It's 1am, am fighting the onset of one now,am not sure what to do they went from an evening attack to mid afternoon attacks.
Have had the Sinus CT Scan done, neg results, so, I am on the meds, and getting Cafergot?? (spelling??) tomorrow.
Your not alone my thoughts and prayers go out to all Headache sufferers. Keep up the info sharing as I will.
