I'm going on a year and half with CH. so still trying to figure this out and learn my body's reaction. my question is if anyone experiences this:
i feel like i'm in remission, but maybe three times a week at 11Am i get relatively weak CH (about 3-4 on Kip) and it only lasts about 20-30mins. Is this normal or common. while in a normal cluster cycle i get about two a day around 7-9 on the kip scale. so this is not a problem to deal with, but just curious if it happens to anyone else. am i actually in a remission or just a weak part of the cycle?
