I'm new too - I'm a supporter not a sufferer but have noticed the animals knowing about the attacks. We have a couple cats and a couple dogs. The dogs pretty much get scared and hide but the cat definately tries to console and goes around meowing constantly which Cliff doesn't really appreciate during an attack if you know what I mean! Cliff was taking Prednisone but it didn't change anything so they stopped having him take it and now he's trying topamax...the jury is still out so far. We just found out about the whole shroom thing so we'll post as soon as he tries it...just have to grow some first! :) Hopefully he'll be done with this cycle by the time they're ready. Anyone on here in the Kansas City area who wants to help with that let me know!!
