I posted a letter I sent to Sony and Circuit City a few days ago about a problem and the person that helped me get it resolved, If your bored and have the time and $.35 for a stamp, please write a thank you note to this young man for helping me get the problem resolved, I had hit an absolute stone wall with the manager of the stor whose name I did post wrong, the (BADWORD)manager wasn't rodger but Robert Martin!
Any how Eddie Guevara is my hero and I hope all my family members will send him some note of thanks to let him know that his actions of kindness didn't go unnoticed! Thanks
