I've been suffering with Clusters for the last 15 years they cycle every 18months to 2 years and I don't drink alcohol at all anymore and they still come as regular as clockwork. I do know that when I did drink that as little as a glass of wine could trigger one if I was already in my cycle. I also know that for some reason the supposed norm for a cluster sufferer is a male who is a heavy smoker and drinker. I don't fit in any of those catagories.
