Thanks for all the kind suggestion and all the times you have been there for me.
I am now officially in remission!!!!! Hurray!!!!!
My bout was much shorter this time because of the meditation practices. I hope to keep it up. My wildest dream is to stay the next episode completely with meditation.
I know it is gone for sure because the tenderness that comes with an episode is gone. I can actually rub the back of my head without triggering a CH or a Shadow.
Best of luck to all and pain free days I pray for. For all of us especially those that are cronic. I will stop in once in a while to see how folks are doing ans say HI.
