you are definetly crazy and you need to get a life. But I think most of us have experienced them at one time or another...usually happens with me when I go thru alot of life changing experiences that either I don't want to go thru or I don't quite know how to deal with them. Antidepressants work alot of times cause depression can sometimes be the root cause of them. There are other times people experience them like when in stressful situations or frightening situations...like traffic jams even..the funny part about that is it usually doesn't have a damn thing to do with the traffic jam...it has to do with your coping skills. Oh, hell, let me stop, the Psych. nurse is coming out of me...and I am getting the heebeegeebees trying to explain all this shit.
