for like 2 weeks than he lowerd the dose slowly 3pills 4 a week than 2 for a week than 1 i had no side effects and have not had a ch for six years before that i tryed everything i used to get the bad ones and hide in a dark room sometimes i wanted to put a bullet in my head im amazed that it worked after all the years and things i tryed
