I just want to bring this up again
try water
drink a 8oz glass or more an hour
for at least 3 days
dont quit , if it doesnt work after the 1st day
like any treatment or med it takes a few days to work
flood your body for 3 days til you could just puke if u had to drink anymore water
thats what i did and it worked
i guess it flushed out that chemical that triggers them
its worked for many
