I don't know if you can get a similar deal, but it seems that the medical supply companies do very well, thank you, out of the insurance companies. If you can go to them, tell them you are a cash customer (don't forget your Rx), then you should be able to get a similar deal that I got.
Free rental on tank, regulator and stand (wheely thingy). Pay a few bucks for the mask and then pay $10 plus taxes for each refill. It might take some persuading, but if I can do it, then I am sure you can too.
