Ok, you asked a question, you get answers:
I'm a very moderate drinker, sometimes don't drink any alcohol for months at a time. Just don't always like the stuff. (during a cycle alcohol is pure poison for me, even the smell of beer gives me a richter 10 attack).
I smoke, did so since I turned 16, about 10,15 a day. Tried to stop several times (once stopped for two years) but cannot succeed.
I used to smoke pot in my teens, very moderate. Have not done that for 20 or more years.
Am I addicted? To nicotine, yes.
