there's defintiely not a constant correlation between CH and substance abuse - we have some sufferers who are only children. I suppose it's possible that substance abuse may have awakened a syndrome that you may have been susceptible to? I played around with ecstacy, acid and cannabis in my wild youth and am still a smoker but I don't think it's a 'payback' thing, certainly not for all of us.
