Cluster Headaches

I am currently going through cycle. Mine mostly attack at night. Sometimes I think I no longer can cope. I am taking Verapamil 360mg and using Imitrex Nasal Sprays. Nothing is working. I'm going to try the water treatment. Any other suggestions?
