I suppose CH could be triggered by an allergic reaction, but I don't believe they are caused by mold, mildew, msg, nitrates, alcohol, cigarettes, or even sex. According to Jack Boyd, the cause is deep, really deep in your brain--primordial, even. At any rate, glad you are over your cycle. I'm 22 months PF now, my longest reprieve in 23 years.
