Has anyone considered parasitic cause of pain?

This is not a very popular subject but that fact is North Americans are vulnerable to infections of up to a 1000 different kinds. I am particularly referring to the worms which can cause a pressure headache if they try to invade the head. They are sugar eaters and settle in the body according to the regular flow of glucose. The brain gets a steady supply.
A headache that seems to move across the head would could be a strong indicator that a worm is traveling through or around the area.
Please consider this seriously. The horrific pain I am reading about on this site is enough to be opened minded about a problem that is more common than lay and professionals think.
