OK, I am going to vent. I have gone 27 months without a CH and now they have to come back when I can't reach my doctor. Why didn't I think to get a prescription for oxygen while I was in his office last? Because I thought I was done with Them; after all I'd never, ever gone that long before between cycles.
So I tried Imitrex for the first time (which has been prescribed for migraines not clusters for me) and it worked like a dream. I am going to try to follow DJ's hints because I fear I will run out before I can call the doctor. And I know for a fact I can't just go see some new doctor because where I live there aren't that many of us that get these Things.
By the way, I'm already on Depakote for the migraines...what kind of dose seems to work for CHs?
