I've been PF for 24 hours, but if I drink a beer or a hard cider, I'll get one within thirty minutes to an hour, guaranteed. Stopping drinking doesn't stop the clusters, but if something is known for sure to be a trigger, it doesn't make sense to do it. Does it? Fortunately sex ain't a trigger.
