Skylark, You didn't mention what dosage you are taking, but some people have to increase their dosage (some even up to 720+) before they feel relief...usually takes two weeks just to get into the system. Talk to your doc about increasing your dosage...also, there are other drugs you can try if the verapamil isn't helping.
