I was just diagnosed properly after years of thinking I had really bad one sided sinus headaches. I am episodic, not chronic. Some days I get 4, some days 1, and some days none while I'm in a bout. They last 10 minutes to 1 hour. My doctor just prescribed 1 week of 60 mg/day prednisone, 30 days 300mg lithium, and a continuous prescription of 240 mg/day verapomil. He gave me oxygen also. I am afraid of the listed side effects of these medications. Can anyone tell me about their side efects please? thanks.
