Hi

I am from the UK and suffer from Chronic Cluster Headaches. I have tried most of the preventative drugs and nothing has helped me so far. My doctor has suggested that I could try Melatonin. It is not available in the UK but luckily I have a friend who is bringing me some back from the States this week.

I have read through some of the messages on your message board and see that some of you take Melatonin as a preventative. I was wondering if someone could advise me of the best dose to take and if you could tell me how quickly it starts working.
