Well, I'm back, and no power outage : )
They told me it did not matter at all if I was under attack or not during the EEG test.
Just if I got to out of hand, they'd put me in a litle back room and I'd probably spend most the day there. After the attack subsided, they'd start over. Guess they have to do this with seizure patients, trauma, epilepsy, etc.
Basically, all they want to do is see how your brain waves fire off under different conditions. I got the impression the test is more or less designed to figure out what is NOT wrong with you, instead of what is.
Put on one hell of a light show though!
So now the hospital Neuro checks it out, then sends it to my Neuro and I wait. I still think it was the Topamax myself. And now I'm glad I didn't trigger an attack! I could do that easy, I spend more time trying to keep from triggering attacks.
And nope ... I don't drink ;)
