Just thought I'd say that your post catches my interest as when I do have my CH's I get a lot of myofacial (?) pain in the left side of my face. In the upper jaw just below my left eye and it hurts like a minor hell. But, not nearly as bad as the CH does. Must be some Trigeminal involvement perhaps...
