I have been reading your updates with interest.
I have just tried the shroom treatment about 10 hours ago or so and I was disappointed at first because I was still having CH's. They have eased up to usually below 4 or 5 so far. And this seems remarkable to me. Time will tell.
I am following your progress with interest...
