As far as obtaining shrooms, and the doseages (Yes, I think that we are talking below recreational doses here), there is much info about this in the 'Shroom Strings' collection of posts. A friend of mine brought mine to me in the hopes of helping (He picked them fresh). God bless friends!
Just be careful, man. Also, While I hope that you gain some relief, no matter how you do it, as far as shrooms go, don't take my word for it. I just tried it and I do not know enough about it. Read up. There are plenty of knowledgeable folks who have done all of the work and much research on them and their effects on CH's. I am just piggybacking onto their efforts... Take care
