I do not think that you will find much reproach taking the sober tack that your are with this post. For one thing, you are not trying to tell me how to live / believe / etc. For another, you are not blindly attacking. A much more mature discussion is therefore possible. I am pretty sure that no one here is going to try tell you that faith in the bible or god is a bad thing. Just don't go trying to tell us that our particular faiths are invalid either and you will not have too many problems I think.
I think that if it works for you that is great. And believe me, I am no stranger to faith (All kinds), prayer and belief having miraculous successes with all kinds of ailments.
I would like to point out that it is not perhaps strictly true that CH is a medically incurable disease. It is just that there is not enough known about it. And not enough research yet. In fact, there are some successful treatments out there that work for many people already who have CH. The same could have been said of polio and many many other diseases and ailments that have been cured or held at bay by modern medicine. The Polio vaccine was experimental as well. Every new medication that is introduced is experimental. So, let's all just hope that the situation improves.
