NSAID - tried it, available in over the counter medications in the US in lower strength, but generally not very effective in my case, and prolonged use is bad for the stomach... typically an abortive, I would suspect, but I'm no pharmacist... I liken it to pissin on a forest fire - a noble attempt, but there are better ways. Get thee to a neurologist.
