I haven't tried the injections, I have a feeling the Doctors here would not like them too much because of the cost and I do not have private healthcare. I have tried the Nasal sprays but they don't seem to do much. The pills work sometimes though.
Uxbridge is very close, I am in Slough so I know the place quite well !
