Dear Rachel, thanks for the note. The nicest and best thing about this site is knowing I am not alone, even though it feels like it a lot of the time.
I have already looked around the site a fair amount and have got a lot of good information but I just hadn't posted any mail etc.
I think it is something I will be doing more of !
