My depression/anxiety thing which I am battling began with wierd sleep patterns...and advanced to a host of physical anamolies.
Numb lips, tingling hands, chest pains, rapid heartbeat, chills and/or hot flashes, all the hair on my body standin up....I just don't feel comfortable in my skin.
I would have said...I'm OK...yea I got a bunch of shit happening...but I've seen fire and i've seen rain. I can handle it....obviousy my subconscious thought different.
I hope this is not what you got. Definitly in the "no fun" category.
