Just remember take it one day at a time...and if that is to hard then try it one ch at a time or second by second.. I KNOW things WILL GET BETTER... What are you taking for your ch??? You didn't mention it in the post..maybe some of us could come up with some suggestions before your appointment on monday that you could run by your doc etc.... Let us know and keep us posted...
