This is one point on which Flash and I have a slight difference of opinion.

I have yet to see a post from anyone reporting that a followup dose made things worse. On the contrary -- for most, a second dose eliminates the shadows and breakthrough headaches, leaving the patient completely painfree for many months.

I believe the best strategy is to whack the beast repeatedly until he surrenders abjectly. The worst thing to do is give him time to recover. He is reeling now, finish him off right away.

Having said that, I must say I agree that in your case it is probably a bit early to be thinking of a redose. Flash is correct when he says that the shadows may continue to diminish and eventually vanish completely without a second dose. BUT if they stay at their current level without diminishing for the next week, THEN I believe a second dose would be in order.

Let me add my congratulations. Isn't it amazing that a single dose of a substance that produced a barely-noticeable buzz ended five years of daily agony?
