Hello guys and gals,
Just thought I'd give a quick update on my progress with the ST treatment. I am also sitting here thinking "Geez. Did I do that!?" Boy, I reckon I better work on those mood swings too (BTW, NOT ST related). Maybe I should get back in the ring or something. Ah, the hell with it. I can only move forward.
Treatment taken at 2:15pm on Wednesday, July 18th.

HOURS SINCE TREATMENT: 48+
Ok, I slept soundly without waking with a CH.
Had only minor twinges in head but no other symptoms of CH all day so far.
Very minor shadows continuing throughout day.
(Kip 1-2 occasionaly a 3 for very short duration)

Other than feeling like a big ol' A'hole, I am continuing to do unbelievably better :)
