So far today has been the worst one for a long time, things are definitely getting worse.

Had 3 big bad full on ones so far today, but hey there is still 3 hours left to go, just hope it forgets about me for a while, might even get to go an evening without one for the first time in weeks !
On top of that I have had a shadow constantly, going up and down from 1-4/5 in between the main shows. I am still here and fighting though, the early afternoon one was the worst 9/10, first one that has reduced me to tears for a while. I've got a feeling my Verapamil 120's need upping !
