Hello guys and gals,
Just thought I'd give another quick update on my progress with the ST treatment.
Treatment taken at 2:15pm on Wednesday, July 18th.
ST Update:

MEDS: NONE
HOURS SINCE TREATMENT: 78+
Ok, I slept fairly well but was awakened by 2 CH's. Both of the 4-6 variety but eased up in app. 15-30 minutes and went back to sleep. Was awakened by a 3-5 CH which remained but at low level for about an hour. Stayed up.
So far, I have been still having only minor twinges in head but no other real symptoms of CH the rest of the day so far.
Very minor shadows continuing throughout day.
(Kip 1-2 occasionaly a 3 for very short duration)

It should be noted that I drank two beers during the late night and early morning hours (duh) and perhaps this contributed to the CH's while I slept... I have not been able to do that in awhile :) Ok, Ok. Just felt like trying it.
