I remember the start of my own CH's. It is a scary thing to deal with. Hell, they still scare the hell out of me. But, they can be dealt with. It takes a lot of courage, patience and sometimes luck but you can hang in there. Many here have been dealing with CH's for many years and if you are not adverse to a bit of reading, you can find out for yourself what kinds of meds have helped certain people and lots of other good CH info. Explore the sight. I am sure that you will find something worth the time spent looking. Post anytime you wish. Folks are on and off again all the time here and they will get back to you.
You are doing fine and things will get better for you. Just hang on till they do. Cause they will.
It sucks not getting any sleep. You could be telling much of my own story for the last few weeks.
This site can and will help. It has helped me immeasurably.
