Probably some kind of neuralgia. Doesn't seem to an uncommon phenomenon with clusterheads. However, as Mike warned, it can occur as an angina symptom. I've had that, but after losing some weight, upping the good HDL cholesterol and lowering the bad LDL (with nicotinic acid), the problem went away completely.
