Seriously, congrats and have a happy life. Aruba is a great place to relax. That's one of the few places I never had a CH. I have a lot of good memories from there (NO CHs).
Take your Imitrex on the plane with you. If you have an attack,go to the bathroom and give yourself an injection and stay there until the pain passes. Then come back to your seat and relax. If you can't get to the bathroom give yourself an injection right there and just let anyone who wants to look at you anyway they want to. You'll never see those people again and don't apologize for a damn thing. You didn't ask to have these things, can't help it and don't owe anyone an explanation.
Now go have a great honeymoon and a long happy marriage.
