If it comes at you with anything above 6 on a daily basis, then I suggest a redose.
It's hard to tell what direction things are heading in when you're only getting hit by sub-6 attacks every other day. Under those circumstances I tend to give it the benefit of the doubt. However I wouldn't tolerate a daily attack(s) of 6 or worse.
