Dramamine and all antihistamines almost invariably trigger a CH for me. Other options, which seem to be harmless, are herbal remedies, like kava kava and valerian, but who know what havoc they might wreak on some folks?
BTW, I tried your water treatment, Margi. Drank tons of it every hour, even during the night. (I got things regulated so I would have to get up to pee every hour, after which I would load up again on water.) It really helped. Didn't stop the beast, but it sure made him less aggressive. Thanks for sharing that on the site.
