I am working on sending you my experiences, but just wanted to mention this point, when I read your latest post. The last time I was at the ER, a security guard was very abusive to me, and made some pretty rude remarks. My ex husband happened to be with me, and was furious when he heard. When I pointed this security guard out, as we were leaving, Gerry attempted to get his name, as only the first name was on his badge. I was there, and I know for a fact that all Gerry (the ex) did was ask for this man's full name. They called the police, and threatened to arrest him for trespassing if he did not leave imediately. This whole visit was a disaster, the entire story will be on its' way to you soon, but I wanted to point this out. What are they afraid of? The guard knew his behaviour was out of line at the very least, and violated some laws possibly. (he read my chart) My ex wants me to consider legal action. He is still not allowed on hospital grounds.
