Hi Bob,
I was wondering if you could e-mail me the name and phone number if you have it of the doctor you spoke of at the convention in Atlanta. The doctor in LA who is studying under Dr. Goadby. I'd like to make an appointment with him. Also my name and password for the OUCH members only isn't working for me, could you please send me another passward so I can check out the members only posts.
