Unfortunately I am back having been on Cluster Sabatical for a year....they started again last night.
I am 100% sure that one of the triggers for me is a drastic change in sleep cycle. We had a Baby 3 weeks ago and I have not gotten alot of sleep. And then, Wammo, here come the clusters. The last episode I had was triggered by a lock-in with the youth group at church in which I stayed up all night with them. 7 Days later, WAMMO, here come the clusters.
