I was taking Topamax but had to quit because I had bad side affects. I lost the feeling on the left side of my face and in my left arm, after a trip to the neuro I was taken off of it and after a week past the feeling came back. I think that you should try it but if you feel any numbness call the doc and tell them asap. I hope that it works for you.
